With over 15 years of professional experience as a communicator, coach, counselor, and trainer, she has worked with individuals, couples, teenagers, and executives. She is certified with many organizations which include Enneagram in Business, Your Enneagram Coach, Paterson Center Life Plan Facilitator, and pastoral ordination. 

 

Her clients span a broad range of industries, and many come to her to understand and fully engage their personal and leadership abilities and strengths. As an Enneagram teacher and coach, she has presented the Enneagram to a wide variety of groups, including businesses, non-profits, churches, professional associations, and individuals. She is passionate about people living and working in their purpose, and knowing and loving who they truly are.

KAREN BARTLETT EXECUTIVE COACH

​

Karen Bartlett brings over 25 years of varied and colorful experience to the table.  She has operated in many industries and roles, including hospitality, corporate, nonprofit, education and entrepreneurship.  She has a history of embracing fear, which has afforded her many challenges and opportunities to grow.  Karen has spent the bulk of her career bringing out the brilliance in people within the education industry, teaching, coaching and mentoring kids from birth through adults.  She has owned three small businesses, worked for and with various non-profits and had a short stint in the corporate world.

This vast experience has led Karen to her current work coaching leaders in organizations, from startups to small and medium-sized businesses.  She is a Certified Professional Coach and holds her ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner).  Karen works with her clients to help them gain clarity on what they really want and why, learn to recognize and use energy to help them attain their vision and help them lead authentically and intentionally.  She holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, a certificate in INVST Community Studies, a leadership development program at CU, as well as a teaching credential from California State University Dominguez HIlls.  In 2014 Karen was awarded Outstanding Mentor, and in 2015 she was named a Distinguished Teacher.  She co-authored a large grant that was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for the strategic redesign of an elementary school focused on personalized learning.
